This page sets out the terms on which we sell prints (Product) though our website www.spid.co.nz. By using this website, you accept these terms.
OUR ARTWORKS
The images of the Artworks shown on the site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Artwork. Your Artwork may vary slightly from those images.
PAYMENT DETAILS
By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product you have ordered. Product displayed on our website can be purchased using a secure online transaction facility.
PRICING AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We take great care to avoid errors in pricing and Product information. If mistakes do occur, we reserve the right to correct them. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. On occasion a Product available to purchase on the Website may be currently leased or in a lease proposal. On notification of its purchase the Spid Pye Photographer will collect the Product and prepare it for delivery to the purchaser. All prices on our Website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST. Prices are subject to change for any reason at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders which we have already processed.
NEW ZEALAND STATUTORY COMPLIANCE
Spid Pye Photographer understands its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please call us directly. You will find our contact details on the contact page of this website. If within fourteen days of receiving your order you are not satisfied with a Product purchased from us we will happily replace it or refund your money.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service team before sending back the item(s) in question. We will tell you how to return items with the return shipping cost paid by you. The refund will only be the artwork purchase amount. Please note we will not issue a refund for any items returned to us if they do not have a returned item number, or if the items are returned to us in an unsaleable condition.
Spid Pye Photographer is also aware of its obligations under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and we strive to ensure that our customers are not misled, either intentionally or unintentionally.
RISK
The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.

Spid Pye Photographer reserves the right to change, delete or move any of the material on this Website at any time without notice.
